Second in Command: (Grand Marshal has been imprisoned currently)
As far as our Grand Marshal is, we have finally ended his reign of tyranny. Now that we have come to this, we will now begin the discussion for agreements:
1. A massive majority of the fleet will be melted down and used to create a new nation. Some will be left for our own defense.
2. We will take 2 uninhabitted solar systems and terraform the planets to our liking.
3. The population will be allowed to leave once a migration system has been set up.
4. Democratic elections will begin once we have completed the planet terraforming and setting up of homes and businesses.
5. Once all terms of agreement have been completed, the nation is free to continue has a normal nation without being under control.
6. The Felsworn nation will be the policer of these terms. (OOC: mostly because they no longer like the Samoerians and the Felsworn were the only ones who actually understood that the people weren't evil, just the leaders.)
OOC: Add more if you wish.

OOC:
"Felsworn were the only ones who actually understood that the people weren't evil, just the leaders" I never said the people were bad, but the nation as a whole was (and, of course, so were the leaders). I mean, they were a giant traveling war-fleet that could, pretty much, do nothing productive and about all they could accomplish is blowing stuff up and wrecking planets. Without the fleet, that much is pretty much gone.

OOC: well it sounded a lot like you were just calling them all ass hole warmongering, strip mining, crazy people.
Felsworn Allegiance:
I would have to disagree with number 5. The other nations will probably not like that. I suggest not allowing any military and we can just protect you.
OOC: Anyway, im going to bed.

Samoeria Indeed. We have some creative changes to make. 1. The ENTIRE fleet will be melted down 5. The nation will be able to proceed so long as they follow their new democratic constitution and have no military so to speak of. 6. The terms will be policed by Samoeria and the Neo-New Terran Conglomerate. The Felsworn were not involved, and so have no right to police any terms. We apologize for the harshness of our terms, but you must understand our concern for the safety of the Universe. There will always be more petty men with ambitions of power. We cannot count on the murder of one man preventing future tyranny.

Savior I completely agree with Sameoria. Felsworn is not to have a part in this agreement.
Do you accept our terms?

Felsworn Allegiance:
The previous statement was not based on the council's thoughts. After a 2 day conference... Here are the agreements that the council has asked to take into concideration:
1. The entire fleet will be melted down and placed in a Felsworn storage station near our capital planet and let the Stangatu place orders to use these supplies to build ANYTHING that doesn't relate to military. 2. The Felsworn agree to release an entire solar system of slaves to give the Stangatu a place to live and already has a decent amount of homes. Not to mention Felsworn Military Bases to keep an eye on them. 3. The terms (OOC: as asked for by the Stangatu) will be fully policed by the Felsworn Empire (OOC: i would like to remind you all, just in case your too stubborn to not stereotype then, that its called an empire because of tradition, not because they are evil.). The Felsworn, if not able to keep full control over the Stangatu, will be subjectable to policement by the Democratic Republic of Samoeria and the New-Neo Terran Conglomerate. This does mean, if the job is done incorrectly and proof is supplied, then the Felsworn Empire is subjectable to policement and possible turnover of control to the two nations as previously stated. 4. Because we will be giving them an already prepared solar system, democratic elections will begin immediately as the Stangatu arrive onto the planets of this solar system, Felsworn Sbp system 102.7.0.0. Samoerians and Humans are allowed to join these elections. (I would love to see how you guys make a campaign to another race) 5. OOC: Removed, accidentally made a typo. 6. These terms will be in effect for one-thousand years after the first democratic leader is elected. 7. Grand Marshal Aleksander Johnkal will be put on trial in the Democratic Republic of Samoeria or The New-Neo Terran Conglomerate.
Second in Command of the Hellik Dictation Fleet:
The only reason we want the Felsworn to do it is because they have a good inclination to keep control of us; and have inclination to not abuse us for no reason. Since the terms have become severe specifically because of Samoeria, we would rather not be controlled by the nation that is very inclined to abuse. Which is the main concern to our surrender terms.
We no longer want a military, and would like to accept the terms that the Felsworn have offered with much repent towards their very self-condemnatory nature.

Samoeria Some problems with your plan 1. No way are we letting the Felsworn keep their stuff. The fleets will be immediately melted down and reconstructed under the watch of the Samoerian, Terran and (if we must) Felsworn. 2. We would prefer the Stangatu get a system a bit closer to the others who will be watching them. 3. On that note, the people who were actually involved in stopping the Stangatu would like to have some involvement in policing them as well. So, in short, this term is unacceptable. 4. We have a system nice and prepared, and there should be no shortage of homes after the fleet is melted down. As far as Democratic Elections go, that is perfectly acceptable. 5. What? No! We'd prefer if they did migrate out, honestly. Becoming assimilated into the greater Galactic community is exactly what we'd like. 6. We'd prefer to change this one to: The Stangatu shall raise no military vessels ever. 7. Aleksander is dead, if I recall. However, if this view is mistaken we would be happy to try and rehabilitate him.

They are powerless and we can stop them if they try making anything anyway. 3. "Inclination to abuse" is what we said. Since you haven't pointed anything incorrect with sufficient evidence, we still stand on this agreement. 4. I doubt that, not to mention we offered releasing a solar system worth of slaves (somewhere around 3 billion or so). OOC: 5. That was an accident, i wasn't thinking. IC: 6. Fully agree with. 7. He is imprisoned on their fleet. Which is currently surrounded and waiting upon agreements before releasing to anyone.

OOC: Like Manuel Antonio Noriega.
IC:
It is the personal thoughts of the Senate that you are all horrid diplomats and are completely amateurish in regards to exploiting your defeated foe.
The Consuls note that the Senate's accusations of poor diplomacy are very undiplomatic and counter productive.
The Senate says the Consuls are counter shut up!
Oh yeah? Well the Consuls think the senate is stupid!
*brawl in the Senate insues, as usual.*

Savior You're right, in that we aren't exploiting them, we are merely doing what is safe for the galaxy as a whole.
And to you, Felsworn, what part do you even take in all this? You are not the ones who apprehended the Hellik, we are. You were unwilling to stop them, and thus, I do not trust you to watch over them. The Hellik shall remain in system nearby Sameoria or the NNTC and shall do so under our terms.
Felsworn, you are not a part of this negotiation. Feel free to add anything that you feel is constructive, but know that you are not a part of the agreements directly.
And, honestly, do you expect us to believe that you were constructing a democracy? You're a fascist, war-like dictatorship that can only destroy. What good could you possibly have brought to that planet, or anywhere?

OOC: No more ex-post facto "we where totally on the way" posts! It only serves to make this more convoluted. In fact I suggest no more of these unreasonable ex-post facto posts in general. I'll suggest it to King.
